Daniel and Rafaela Newnham have a combined +30 year construction industry experience. Daniel a licenced low rise builder & carpenter by trade with 18 years’ experience in residential, commercial, industrial, insurance repairs and building management. Rafaela being a qualified Interior Designer with 16 years’ experience in high density and high end residential, commercial construction projects.
During the last 10 years, both of us have travelled extensively throughout central Queensland, carrying out insurance repair and reconstruction works from the effects of storms, flooding and movement. Daniel spent many hours demolishing and replacing wall and floor tiles that had become loose and drummy due to the effects of movement and moisture. Naturally we were intrigued when presented with T.R.I.M, whilst attending a Master Builders waterproofing course. We saw the value in the TRIM system and the cost effective solution it offers, so we jumped at the opportunity to offer the TRIM as part of our construction remedial services!
